    General

  1. Flowers are seasonal products, all the products are subject to availability. In the event any flowers or accessories are not available, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality. Some of the exotic and luxurious flowers are ordered in certain quantities only, so if you require the floral products with those flowers, please order at least 7 days in advance so that we can source the flowers in good time. If adequate time is not provided, then we will provide substitute products close to the same value and quality to meet your request.
  2. Website is showcasing different floral products, the descriptions, details and specifications are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products, the final flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements you receive may look different from our photographs. All products are made to order and no products looks alike, whilst we try our best to match up to your requirements, the difference if any on colour or arrangements from the images in the website is down to being the nature of the product, flowers are natural and they are different from one another, further the lighting and professional imagery make it rich.
  3. We take great care in selecting the flowers, if any products are not meeting our high standards, then we will not be using it for the bouquets and floral arrangements.
  4. If we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible.
  5. Pricing

  6. Prices of the Products quoted over phone or email are valid only for 14 days from the date it is given. Any orders coming after that will need to be given a fresh pricing, this is due to the market price fluctuation of flowers.
  7. Ordering

  8. Once the price is agreed, an invoice will be provided, if the invoice is not received within 3 days, then you need to contact us so that invoice can be resend.
  9. Once the invoice is issued, you are required to check the description of product in the invoice and it is your responsibility to ensure that the right items are ordered.
  10. All invoices are due for the immediate payment, unless its agreed by us for later payment. In the event we agreed for a later payment, the payment needs to be made a day in advance of the intended delivery date.
  11. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of your Order without notice. In the event a payment is agreed and for whatever reason it was not reached us, invoices due must be settled within 7 days of due date on invoice. If no payment is received within the 7 day period, you will be liable to pay an extra 10% of the total amount due.
  12. In the event the payment was made and a delivery could not be completed, we will refund you the payment to the respect of the shortfall and the refund will be made no later than 2 weeks after the proposed delivery date.
  13. All orders which are accepted for immediate delivery, an immediate payment is required.
  14. All Orders require the personal details, including your full name and address with post code, if the delivery is going to another recipient, the we need the recipient name and address as well. We require the contact number of recipient as well.
  15. Delivery

  16. Delivery times are approximate, our delivery partners usually try to deliver on time, however its subject to the traffic. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the orders. We will attempt to deliver on the requested delivery date and time, where this is not possible, we will advise of suitable times and dates.
  17. Our responsibility for the delivery is to the address provided, if the recipient is not available on the day of delivery, we are unable to cancel the order. We cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the flowers.
  18. Care & Communication

  19. We will communicate with the person who placed the order and not any third parties. In the event the delivery is going out as a gift and there is an issue with the product, the complaint can be send to us, however, the communication will be between RupalFlorist and the person who placed the order.
  20. Flowers are natural products, you may read the flower care in our website to keep it nice and fresh. Flowers wilt, white ones can turn brown very quickly. We recommend the flowers especially the white ones to keep in a cool place.
  21. Cancellation

  22. Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 4 days before the intended delivery date. After the 4th day has passed, cancellation charges will be applicable. Cancellation charges are as follows:
    1. 4 days prior to delivery date: Payment if any made for the floral arrangements will be refunded, On any other products bought as per the Order from third party providers will not be refunded, they can be delivered to the recipient, postal charges may apply.
    2. For all Cancellation, 3 days prior to the delivery date, we will charge 30% on floral arrangements and for other products as under 17.1
    3. For all Cancellation, 2 Days prior to the delivery date, we will charge 60% on floral arrangements and for other products as under 17.1
    4. For all Cancellation, 24 Hours in advance to the delivery date, we will charge 75% on floral arrangements and for other products as under 17.1,
    5. For any Cancellation which is coming in the last 24 hours, you will not get any refund.
